Terms of Service

1. The service

SocialFeeder generates, designs, schedules, rotates and publishes social media content using AI and automation, on your behalf and/or on behalf of clients you manage. Features, plans and limits may change as the service evolves.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for any brand, business or client you add. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions, credits and payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise) through our payment provider, Mollie. A one-time onboarding/setup fee may apply to new clients. Use of AI generation, rendering and publishing is metered in credits; each plan includes a periodic credit allotment, and additional credits may be purchased as one-time top-ups. Prices, allotments and credit costs may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by mandatory law, payments and used credits are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Your content and licence

You retain all rights to the brands, media, information and materials you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, adapt and transmit Your Content and generated content solely as needed to operate and provide the service (including sending it to AI providers and to the social platforms you connect). You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before it is published, and for ensuring everything published through your account is lawful, accurate, non-infringing and compliant with the terms of each social platform. You are responsible for the conduct of any team members or clients you invite to your account.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful; to impersonate any person or entity; to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; to generate artificial engagement; or to abuse, probe or interfere with any platform, provider or our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. AI-generated content

Content is created by AI, which can make mistakes and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Please read our Disclaimer. You are the final reviewer and publisher of everything the service produces for you, and you accept the risks of automated publishing.

8. Third-party services

The service integrates third-party providers (including AI models, publishing tools such as Buffer, payment via Mollie, and the social platforms you connect). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their actions.

9. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by ICONS Digital Group BV and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialFeeder and ICONS Digital Group BV from claims, damages and costs arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party platform’s rules.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the service, users or third parties. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Changes and contact
