SocialFeeder is a service of ICONS Digital Group BV (KvK 60385898), the Netherlands. This disclaimer applies to the SocialFeeder website, application and all content it generates or publishes.

SocialFeeder uses artificial intelligence to generate content, and AI can make mistakes. Generated text, images and video may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, out of date, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing everything before it is published. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialFeeder and ICONS Digital Group BV accept no liability for any content, decisions, losses, damages or issues arising from your use of the service or anything it creates or publishes on your behalf.

1. AI-generated content

The service uses automated systems and third-party AI models to create captions, images, videos, hashtags and posting schedules. AI systems can and do produce errors: they may invent facts, misrepresent products or offers, generate off-brand, inaccurate, offensive or infringing material, and results vary between runs. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, current, lawful, non-infringing, brand-safe or fit for any particular purpose.

The service includes approval workflows, banned-word filters and other brand-safety tools to help you catch problems, but these are aids, not guarantees. The final responsibility for reviewing, approving and publishing any content rests entirely with you (or the agency managing your account).

2. No guarantee of results

We make no promises or representations about reach, impressions, engagement, followers, leads, appointments, sales, revenue or any other commercial outcome. Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behaviour and market conditions.

3. Third-party platforms and providers

Content is published to third-party platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube and Threads) and via providers such as Buffer. Each platform sets its own terms and may throttle, restrict, shadow-ban, suspend or permanently remove accounts and content, or change or withdraw its APIs at any time. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of every platform you connect. We are not liable for platform decisions, outages, data loss, account suspensions, or changes to third-party services.

4. Automation risk

The service can publish automatically on a schedule. While guardrails are in place, automated publishing carries inherent risk. You should monitor your connected accounts and use the approval gate for any account where a mistaken post would be damaging.

5. Service provided “as is”

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The full limitation of liability is set out in our Terms of Service.

6. Not professional advice

Content produced by the service is for marketing purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Verify anything important with a qualified professional before relying on it.
